 Since 2004, the facilitators at TLC Learning Consultants have been offering classroom based HQT and professional development workshops for hundreds of K-12 teachers of science throughout Ohio .  These have ranged from single day programs to week long graduate level courses offering full college credit.  Participants return to their classrooms not only with increased knowledge in both pedagogy and science content, but with exciting, easily funded labs and lessons geared toward their student populations. 
 

Facilitators for TLC Learning Consultants have extensive training and experience in multiple areas and can also serve as instructional coaches.  Facilitators encourage teachers to use research based methods that directly cause students to learn.
